Kate | Rosemount High School Class of 2020 Senior Pictures

I first heard of "Katie" when I photographed her older sister Maija's senior pictures a few years ago. Whenever Maija and her mom talked about her they always referred to her as Katie, so I called her Katie when I finally got to meet her during her junior year. I continued to call her "Katie" until I finally learned that everybody now calls her Kate and Katie is only used by family or friends that knew her when she was younger. Oops! Sorry, Kate (although she did say I could still call her Katie).

Kate's session had to be rescheduled do to the weather but it all worked out. The morning of Kate's session was beautiful and perfect out for her senior pictures. She had the cutest outfits so I asked her where she had gotten them. It turns out she had borrowed an outfit from a friend. The dress was super cute and a great find from a friend's closet. In my What to Wear guide (my online magazine I created to help each of my clients prepare for their own senior portraits) I do actually recommend shopping a friend's closet along with your own of course. You can also borrow some pieces and accessories from my Style Closet. Just contact me if you want to learn more about it.

Kate for sure wins the most adorable giggle shots...I mean seriously!

What Kate had to say:

"I am really excited about how my images turned out. I feel like they are a great representation of who I am as a person and they are exactly how I pictured them to turn out in my mind. Tracy helped me feel more comfortable in front of the camera and I think my pictures turned out way better because of it." - Kate B, Rosemount High School, Rosemount Minnesota
