Ayla helped me cross off one of the things on my senior photography bucket list for her senior picture session. We started off her senior session in a record store, something I've always wanted to do with my own spin (no pun intended). Ayla prefers to listen to her Harry Styles and Taylor Swift on vinyl.
The gorgeous cream dress Ava wore was actually her prom dress and her session was just a few days before prom. I was nervous that something would happen to be it but we were ultra careful and it all worked out.
Q&A with Ayla, Rosemount High School Senior Pictures:
What teacher has made the most impact on you and why?
A teacher that has made the most impact on me was my first grade teacher. Not only was she my first grade teacher but also my best friend’s mom. She taught me to let go and have some fun. And she still teaches me that to this day. I was so lucky to know her in first grade and I’m so lucky to know her now.
What’s your advice for underclassmen?
My advice for underclassmen is to get involved. Join clubs or sports you’re interested in and don’t be afraid to get out there. These extra curricular actives add to your education and make it more fun!
What are you looking forward to for your senior year?
For my senior year I’m excited to take American Sign Language as a language course. The language and culture is so beautiful and I’m looking forward to learning more about it.
Why did you choose to work with me to capture your Senior pictures? What have you enjoyed about working with me?
I chose to work with Tracy because of her talent and kindness towards everyone she works with. She was so warm towards my bother during his session and I wanted the same energy into my senior photos.
