Senior pictures should be more than just a quick, meet at a designated spot photo session—they should be an experience. As a senior photographer in the Twin Cities, I believe in creating moments where my clients feel seen, confident, and celebrated. That’s exactly what we did for this year’s Valentine’s Senior Crew shoot!
This session wasn’t about romantic love; it was about friendship, confidence, and making memories—the perfect way to capture the essence of senior year. The Senior Crew had a blast posing individually and together, using fun Valentine’s-themed props to add personality to their portraits. From heart-shaped sunglasses to pink and red balloons, this shoot was all about embracing joy and connection.
A Quick Note to the Class of 2025
The people you surround yourself with shape you in ways you don’t always realize. As the Class of 2025 inches closer to graduation, the friendships you’ve built will stay with you—some will grow stronger, others may naturally fade, and new ones will come into your life in ways you never expected.
This Valentine’s/Galentine's shoot was a perfect reminder of that. Some of these girls are lifelong best friends, while others had maybe just seen each other in classes at school and some met a year ago (at the 2025 kickoff shoot) for the first time. But in each moment, there was connection, laughter, and the kind of support that makes life richer.
True friendships aren’t just about how long you’ve known someone, but about how they show up, how they make you feel, and how they help you grow. As you step into this next chapter, hold onto the friendships that make you better, and stay open to the ones you haven’t even met yet.
