This holiday season I am super excited to announce a special, limited time offering. The Legacy of Love Session - a perfect holiday for gift for that special couple you adore who are are celebrating their life and legacy together.

David and Mary, the sweet couple who inspired my Passion Project: The Legacy of Love Session. This year they are celebrating their 50th Anniversary!

Why I’m Offering This Special Experience​

This fall, I had the heartfelt privilege of photographing a couple celebrating their 50th anniversary. Capturing their enduring love and the joy of their legacy was an incredibly moving experience for me—especially after the loss of my own father this year. It made me realize, on a very deep level, just how precious these kinds of photos are because this kind of love is truly a gift and made me wish I had the images I took of David and Mary of my own parents (who celebrated their 52nd anniversary on March 10, 2025).

I don’t just want to capture the posed smiles for these couples. I want to photograph the way they still laugh together. The quiet glances that say more than words. The tenderness in a touch that only comes from years of weathering life side by side. These sessions are about more than pretty pictures—they’re about honoring the love that’s stood the test of time. The love that has carried them through highs and lows, built a life, shaped a family, and left a legacy for others to witness. It’s that connection—the one that’s still strong, still soft, still full of meaning—that I’m here to preserve.

What’s Included in the Session?

• A 30-minute Legacy of Love session for just the couple who are celebrating a legacy of love

• Five digital images (option to purchase additional images)

• $400 (session plus 5 digital images)

You can upgrade the Legacy of Love Session to include:

• 5 additional images (10 total)

• A handcrafted 6x6 album that turns their story into a tangible keepsake

• $800 (session plus 10 digital images and a 6x6 album sharing your chosen images)​​​​​​​​​​

This petite album is the perfect way to honor their love—something they can flip through together, pass down, or keep on display as a reminder of this blessing they share.

Session Details and Fine Print

• Available to purchase until Christmas Eve. Only four sessions are available

• If these are a gift for your loved ones, a printable gift certificate will be sent.

• Sessions must be scheduled for 2026 (July-September dates must be scheduled 4 weeks in advance).

• Sessions will be at an outdoor location within 15 miles of Rosemount (if needed, we will factor in mobility concerns)

• If the Legacy of Love Session is not scheduled in 2026, the amount paid can be used as credit toward a future session. With the limited available quantity, sessions are nonrefundable but a credit for the amount paid will be given.

• The Legacy of Love session is for the two people celebrating their life together.  If desired, a family session, may be added to the Legacy of Love session. Please inquire when scheduling the session date.
